These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Strovek Performance 12-week sleep and recovery programme, operated by Strovek Performance and accessible at strovek.com. By purchasing access to the programme you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The Programme
Strovek Performance is a 12-week structured digital programme designed to help serious amateur runners improve their sleep quality, recovery, and performance through evidence-based protocols.
The Programme includes:
- Onboarding assessment and personalised track assignment across four tracks
- 12 weeks of progressive, evidence-based content released weekly
- Track-specific guidance notes tailored to your sleep and recovery profile
- Weekly 11-question progress check-in tracking eight key metrics
- Personal progress dashboard accessible via unique Member ID
- Personal progress report at week 12 with full data visualisation
- Permanent maintenance protocol template completed at week 12
- Every protocol drawn from peer-reviewed research with full citations
Content releases progressively on a weekly basis. You receive immediate access to onboarding materials and Week 1 content upon purchase.
Eligibility
The Programme is designed for serious amateur runners who train three or more times per week and who do not have any clinically diagnosed sleep disorders or medical conditions requiring professional medical treatment.
By purchasing the Programme you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You do not have a clinically diagnosed sleep disorder requiring medical treatment
- You are not under medical supervision for a condition that may be affected by changes to sleep, nutrition, or exercise habits
- If you have medical concerns you have consulted your GP prior to beginning
Strovek Performance is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Payment and Access
The Programme is available for a one-off payment of £67 (founding cohort rate). This price may change for future cohorts. The price applicable at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.
Upon successful payment you receive 12 months of access to the Programme from the date of purchase. Access expires automatically after 12 months.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Strovek Performance does not store your payment card details. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
14-Day Performance Guarantee
Complete the first two weeks, follow the daily protocols, and if your Week 2 check-in scores show no measurable improvement compared to your Week 1 baseline, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued where the Programme has not been meaningfully engaged with, where check-ins have not been completed, or where a request is made outside the 14-day window. We reserve the right to review your check-in data before processing a refund.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Intellectual Property
All Programme content — including protocols, guidance notes, programme architecture, research summaries, and data visualisations — is the intellectual property of Strovek Performance and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use Programme content for your own personal use during your access period. You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Programme content in any form
- Share your login credentials or Member ID with any other person
- Resell, sublicence, or commercialise any part of the Programme
- Use Programme content to create competing products or services
Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
Your Data and Privacy
Your use of the Programme involves the collection and processing of personal data including your name, email address, and health-related data submitted through weekly check-ins. Your personal progress data is accessible only via your unique Member ID. No other member can access your data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations
The Programme is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Programme constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your sleep, nutrition, exercise, or recovery habits.
Individual results will vary. Results depend on individual starting point, consistency of application, training load, lifestyle factors, and adherence to the programme protocols. No specific results are guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strovek Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Programme. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach any of these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other members or to Strovek Performance, or attempt to reproduce or distribute Programme content in breach of the intellectual property provisions. No refund will be issued where access is terminated due to a breach.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material we will notify members by email with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Programme following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version is always available at strovek.com/terms-and-conditions.
